Our Mineral Source - Deep in the Earth
Oil & gas operations drill deep beneath the earth for product that is associated with brine, usually called "produced water". Over millions of years at elevated temperatures, this water became saturated with salts. The salts composition reflects the natural minerals in the earth's crust at that location.
Global Market
Most of the world's strontium is produced in China, Spain, Mexico, Argentina and Morocco. Until now, Strontium has not been produced in the US.
Lithium has been largely produced in South America and China, but production is beginning here in the USA. There are tax advantages for US produced battery grade Lithium available.
